Psychotherapy / Setting

A single, comfortable armchair, in this case symbolic of individual therapy.

Individual Therapy for Adults

I support you through difficult phases of life or help you achieve your goals—such as gaining greater stability, autonomy, or self-worth.

These goals can be as diverse as the people themselves.

Key topics for our sessions may include:

  • Work / Career Burnout / exhaustion / overwhelm / stress Inner emptiness / loneliness Lack of drive / motivation

  • Depression / social withdrawal

  • Anxiety or panic states / social insecurity

  • Eating disorders / addiction

  • Relationship problems / crises / separation

  • Identity formation / personal development

  • Desire for a fresh start / improving life circumstances

  • LGBTQIA+ issues

  • Other mental health conditions (ADHD, etc.)

  • Grief / loss / dying / death

  • Traumatic experiences

  • Bullying

  • Psychosomatic issues

  • ...

I aim to be of help through listening and asking questions. As a psychotherapist in training under supervision, I offer myself as a resource. In certain cases, I may suggest using specific tools, such as the "family board" (systemic constellation work), timeline work, and others.

Tell me about yourself. I look forward to meeting you!

Individual Therapy for Children

Age-appropriate approaches—including playful methods—can help address difficult topics such as bullying, school-related issues, anxiety, etc. Especially at the beginning, the focus is on building a therapeutic relationship. Depending on need, desire, or willingness, it can be beneficial to involve parents, siblings, or other family members in the process.

Adolescents aged 14 and older may come to my practice on their own as "mature minors," and the duty of confidentiality applies in these cases as well. For younger children, I cannot assume a duty of supervision due to legal regulations.

Three very different armchairs; in this case symbolic of family therapy

We receive several different narratives from different perspectives.

Whatever your family looks like in my practice, everyone is welcome to tell their version of the story or their experience. We all listen.

As a therapist in training under supervision, I will strive to be helpful.

* Also teachers, neighbors, friends, ... whoever is part of the problem narrative or is interested in finding a solution and would like to come along voluntarily.

Possible topics include:

  • Difficult communication

  • insult

  • Coping with a mental illness

  • a stressful school situation

  • ...

Feel free to contact me in advance for more information or book an initial appointment/consultation here .

There is an opportunity to participate in group therapy once a month. Listening, a certain openness to learn from one another, and absolute confidentiality are basic requirements.

Start of the next group: Spring 2026

Group size: 8 (up to max. 10) people

Treating each other with respect also means not wanting to share experiences or thoughts with others at every meeting.

Please contact me personally for more information. I look forward to hearing from you !

Side by side, for each other, or against each other; the image shows two folding chairs in two different colors; in this case, symbolic of couples therapy.

Is it obvious, or is there something in the air that refuses to be seen?

Couples therapy can help give all involved parties the necessary space and ultimately arrive at new perspectives together.

Possible topics:

  • difficult communication

  • Insults

  • unfulfilled expectations

  • longings

  • Thoughts of separation

  • Trouble

  • Grief

  • ...

Deciding to start therapy together is a big step. Another is deciding together whether to continue beyond the initial appointment – with someone else or with me.

What is "systemic therapy"?

Systemic therapy originated over 50 years ago and developed into an independent psychotherapeutic approach by the 1980s – particularly in German-speaking countries. Influences included, and in some cases still include, behavioral and psychoanalytic approaches, as well as cybernetic and systems-theoretical theories and models. The social nature of human beings is fundamental to the systemic therapy's understanding of humanity. Human beings can only be understood within the context of their relationships with others. Current findings and fundamental assumptions of contemporary human sciences support systemic therapy.

Systemic therapy aims to incorporate diverse perspectives in a respectful manner. Hope and curiosity accompany this process. A psychological diagnosis has its place in therapy, but it doesn't need to be the constant focus.

What does "In training under supervision" mean?

The addition "in training under supervision" indicates that I am in the final phase of my psychotherapy training.

I have already acquired the professional qualification and thus the associated skills to work as a psychotherapist.

Psychotherapists in training under supervision are required to participate in regular and intensive supervision to ensure quality and benefit from a four-eyes principle. The legally mandated documentation can be reviewed by the respective client.

A cash settlement is not yet possible at this stage.

Note: According to the new Psychotherapy Act, the designation is " in specialist training under teaching supervision " and must be used from October 2026.
